Name Orange Souffle
Method Dissolve gelatine in boiling water and cool. Beat egg yolks, sugar. add lemon rind and orange juice. Combine eggs and sugar with gelatine and water. old in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into serving dish. Set in refrigerator.
