Method	Mix well half the cocoa and everything except the brown sugar and the boiling water. Pour into a well greased pie dish. Mix the remaining cocoa with the brown sugar and sprinkle over the cake mixture. Pour the boiling water onto a spoon so as not to disturb the cocoa and sugar. Cook in a moderate for 30 minutes.
