Name Belgian Meatballs
Method Mix mince with pepper, salt and sauces, add parsley. Shape into 8 - 10 balls using 1 tablespoon flour. Slice onion and brown. Place into greased casserole dish. Mix rest of flour, curry, salt and pepper together and blend with water and vinegar. Add to casserole, cover and cook in moderate oven for 3/4 hour. Remove lid and place sliced apple and onion on top of meat. Replace lid, and cook for a further 1/2 hour. Serve hot with cooked rice and vegetables.
