Name Pork Chops Mexico
Method Place the pork chops closely together in a casserole dish and cover with sliced onion. Put 1 tablesppon of uncooked rice on top of each chop and then scatter with diced pepper. Pour over the diluted soup and season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake in a moderate oven for 75 - 90 minutes.
