Name Sweet & Sour Prawns
Method Combine egg, flour, salt and pepper and water. Dip prawns in mixture. Fry in hot oil, drain. Cut capsicum, tomatoes and celery and place in saucepan. Add remainder of ingredients except cornflour. Bring to the boil and thicken with the cornflour, add 2 tablespoons water. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add prawns, simmer for 1 minute.
