Name Curry Foundation
Method Heat fat in frying pan. Brown apple and onion. Add flour and curry, stir. Gradually add stock whilst stirring. Heat to boiling. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1/2 hour.

Modifications - Add 1 1/2 pounds left over meat. Heat thoroughly. Add 1 1/2 pounds fresh diced meat and brown with the onion and apple.
