Name Quiche Lorraine
Method Line pie dish with pastry. Alternately layer bacon, cheese and sprinkle onion over. Beat eggs, combine with cream and seasonings. Pour over bacon & cheese mixture. Bake in hot oven 10 minutes. Reduce to moderate to slow oven and bake a furhter 30 minutes.
