Name Curried Beef
Method Trim any excess fat from meat, cut meat into 25 mm cubes, toss in combined flour and curry powder. Heat oil in pan, add meat, cook until well browned. Add peeled and chopped onion, cook further 3 minutes. Add water, salt, sugar and vinegar stirring well. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer covered for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with hot rice.
