Name Fish Patties
Method Boil potatoes, drain and mash with a little butter. Add onion, fish, potatoes and other ingredients. Mix well. Shape into oval patties with floured hands, drop into breadcrumbs. Fry for 10 minutes on each side over low heat. Do not turn until crisp and brown on first side.
